Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to manage design and construction projects for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, and stakeholder management
• Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare necessary documentation
• Track project progress against goals and report status to stakeholders while implementing change management routines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent related experience
• Prior project management experience is preferred
• Experience working with a General Contractor on project execution is preferred
• Experience or interest in HVAC and electrical system modifications is desirable
• PMP certification and/or LEED AP/Well certification is desirable but not required
