Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager to manage design and construction projects for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, and stakeholder management
- Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare necessary documentation
- Track project progress against goals and report status to stakeholders while implementing change management routines
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent related experience
- Prior project management experience is preferred
- Experience working with a General Contractor on project execution is preferred
- Experience or interest in HVAC and electrical system modifications is desirable
- PMP certification and/or LEED AP/Well certification is desirable but not required
