• Oversee the recovery lifecycle, including skip tracing and deficiency collections

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in auto asset recovery, with a focus on repossession and remarketing
• 5 years in a leadership role with a proven track record in recovery strategies
• Strong knowledge of repossession and collections laws and regulations
• Experience with vendor software and tools related to repossession and collections
• Bachelor's degree preferred
