Automation Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automation Tester to oversee the testing lifecycle for software solutions supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Cypress and Playwright
• Analyze requirements to create detailed test cases and conduct various types of testing
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and maintain test automation frameworks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, JIRA, Jenkins, and GitHub
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python, and knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or federal agencies is preferred
