Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Patient Liaison (English and Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties
- Schedule travel and logistics for patients in clinical trials and manage vendor interactions
- Process expense reimbursements and train study site personnel on using the online portal
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Experience working with multiple vendors to meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
