Billing Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Business Analyst to handle client month-end billing tasks and liaise between various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support month-end settlement processing by preparing, validating, and analyzing data
• Participate in projects and initiatives, including the implementation of a new billing system
• Document business and functional requirements to automate manual billing tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience) required
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably in a clearing or brokerage firm
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite accounting system, and SQL
• Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) preferred
• Prior experience in the financial field with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements is a plus
