Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand relationships with high-level clients and stakeholders
• Drive account ownership and achieve targets across business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 15+ years of relevant experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device sales
• Proven sales history and 5+ years of account management experience
• In-depth knowledge of the CRO industry and clinical trial processes
• Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams
