Key Responsibilities
- Build and coordinate a sales team and collaborate with the business development team in India
- Establish new clients and grow existing business relationships while understanding market dynamics
- Generate leads, convert them into new business opportunities, and attend industry events for networking
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Prior experience in the Automotive, Automation equipment, and Medical Equipment domains
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- Experience in nurturing existing accounts and increasing repeat business
- Proven track record in managing client relationships related to commercials and pricing
