Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify key decision makers for potential contact related to Research Chemistry Services
• Qualify leads and facilitate business meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal partners while supporting proposal writing and negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (preferably chemistry) with 3+ years of industrial experience and at least 1 year in business development
• Experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) is preferred
• Demonstrates a broad understanding of discovery leading to candidate selection and preclinical development
• Ability to work independently and in a self-motivated manner
• Proven experience in identifying opportunities leading to successful outcomes in business development
