Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to join its Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the day-to-day operations of a partner network across multiple states
• Identify, engage, and negotiate with prospective clinical vendors
• Lead and support implementation tasks and timelines for new partner network launches

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or a large healthcare organization
• Strong analytical and operational skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Salesforce preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry or building networks is a plus
• Resourceful and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
