Business Services Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Services Leader (Exempt) to manage revenue cycle performance and support clinic and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary revenue cycle performance contact for clinic and facility operations leadership
• Ensure effective communication with physician operations and department managers to achieve revenue cycle results
• Monitor and analyze revenue cycle performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years related hospital or practice management experience
• Knowledge of Epic applications
• Ability to work independently and travel within the community and across the Health System
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
