Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Investigation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls and manage a health insurance subrogation caseload, investigating potential cases
- Ensure compliance with client procedures, state and federal laws, and HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maximize recoveries and maintain productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma with one year of experience in an analytic or claims environment; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research skills
