Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Investigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls and manage a health insurance subrogation caseload, investigating potential cases
  • Ensure compliance with client procedures, state and federal laws, and HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize recoveries and maintain productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma with one year of experience in an analytic or claims environment; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research skills
