Key Responsibilities
- Review and develop subrogation opportunities, gathering information and maintaining detailed records
- Validate claim viability, respond to communications, and prepare cases for settlement
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with state and federal laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum high school diploma with two years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet research skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
- Ability to work in a standard office environment, including extended periods of sitting and using office equipment
