A company is looking for a Supervisor, Case Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with Casualty Case Management information to Medicaid eligible recipients and their families
- Verify, document, and investigate health care coverage for Medicaid recipients
- Complete periodic reports and maintain active cases during open enrollment and premium review
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, health care, or government-sponsored programs
- Experience working in a call center environment, including making outbound inquiries and answering inbound calls
- Knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual skills are preferred
