Job Summary

A company is looking for a Stock Administration Manager to oversee equity program operations.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HR to maintain compliance and seamless administration
  • Maintain data integrity in the equity platform and manage vendor relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS)
  • Certified Equity Professional credential
  • 5+ years of stock administration experience
  • Experience with equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options and RSUs
  • Experience with online equity platforms and expert use of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
