Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to drive the financial strategy of its rapidly scaling business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial plans that support growth across various channels
• Lead capital raising initiatives and manage investor relationships
• Build and lead a finance team while optimizing financial operations and risk management

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance executive role
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven track record in scaling consumer products businesses, preferably with manufacturing operations
• Experience raising capital (debt and equity) and managing investor relations
• Strong experience in growth-stage environments with active Board involvement
