Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of strategic business initiatives within the Customer Success organization and communicate results
- Support the operational cadence of the executive management team on behalf of the CCO and ELT
- Contribute to the annual strategic planning process and track progress against key strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a senior strategic role, preferably in software or technology
- 8-10+ years of total experience, with a preference for Customer Success background
- Undergraduate degree or MBA preferred
