Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to lead and mentor Business Analysts while coordinating cross-functional activities in the SNAP division.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and subject matter expert for Business Analysts and project teams
- Ensure requirements generated by the BA team align with business needs and are accurately reflected in project solutions
- Coordinate activities between internal quality assurance, engineering, and product management teams for client projects
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or service company
- 3+ years of experience managing or mentoring a team of Business Analysts
- Strong domain expertise in the insurance industry, particularly in Workers Compensation
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in desktop applications and knowledge of business modeling and requirements analysis
