Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Support Provider Service Advocate IV (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service to plan members and providers by answering benefit questions and resolving issues
- Acts as a liaison between various stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and patients
- Initiates and manages clinical referrals and verifies insurance coverage
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent education in customer service and medical benefits
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in an inbound call center environment is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and claims adjudication processes is preferred
- Experience with claims software and MS Word and Excel is preferred
