Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Support Provider Service Advocate IV (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides customer service to plan members and providers by answering benefit questions and resolving issues
  • Acts as a liaison between various stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and patients
  • Initiates and manages clinical referrals and verifies insurance coverage
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent education in customer service and medical benefits
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in an inbound call center environment is preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and claims adjudication processes is preferred
  • Experience with claims software and MS Word and Excel is preferred
