Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key training resource for clinicians, providing education and feedback aligned with operational procedures
• Lead onboarding and training for new physicians, ensuring understanding of documentation standards and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with physicians and operational leadership on training procedures and quality improvements

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2-3 years of recent hands-on experience in acute care settings
• Teaching, precepting, or onboarding background is strongly preferred
• Highly proficient with technology and able to multitask across multiple platforms
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills, especially in reviewing EMRs
• Comfortable working remotely and navigating virtual training environments independently
