Cloud Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure Azure architectures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Integrate and manage security solutions for threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response
• Provide security guidance and risk assessments for Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience implementing application workloads in public cloud environments
• At least 2 years of experience architecting solutions in public cloud platforms, specifically Azure
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security controls, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
