Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator (Temp).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain standard templates for various agreements and policies
  • Implement best practices for contract execution and management across the organization
  • Manage the registration and renewal processes with state and local agencies and joint purchasing associations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; law degree preferred
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in a contract administration role, preferably in a corporate or technology setting
  • Past paralegal experience is preferred
  • Experience with contract management and electronic signature software
  • Knowledge of contract law, software industry, and accounting principles
