Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard templates for various agreements and policies
- Implement best practices for contract execution and management across the organization
- Manage the registration and renewal processes with state and local agencies and joint purchasing associations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; law degree preferred
- Approximately 5 years of experience in a contract administration role, preferably in a corporate or technology setting
- Past paralegal experience is preferred
- Experience with contract management and electronic signature software
- Knowledge of contract law, software industry, and accounting principles
