Conversational AI Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversational AI Designer who is passionate about creating effective customer experiences through AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-based conversational solutions using Google CCAI
• Interface with clients to develop user journeys and influence decision-making for impactful AI experiences
• Create conversation design best practices and collaborate with development teams to refine solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of conversational design experience
• Knowledge of conversational dialog systems, machine learning, and cloud computing
• Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or similar AI platforms
• Bachelor's Degree in HCI, technology, design program, or equivalent work experience
• Solid understanding of machine learning and natural language processing fundamentals
