Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tax Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax workpapers and returns for partnerships/multi-member LLCs
- Take ownership of the annual 1099 filing process and coordinate with the payroll department for payroll tax filings
- Maintain fixed asset records and assist with annual fixed asset verification and reconciliation
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in partnership taxation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA license
- Strong knowledge of the Tax Code (federal and state) and compliance for closely held partnership LLCs
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
