Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creative Producer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts for communications, executive operations, events, and marketing initiatives
• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders across various teams to develop agendas and action items
• Coordinate the creative development of materials for major events and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management related to presentation or graphic design
• Experience producing event and community materials, including keynotes and signage
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience managing multiple high-impact projects with tight timelines
• Knowledge of field marketing or event production is a plus
