Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling content for various media platforms
- Manage the day-to-day workload of the Creative Department across teams
- Coordinate between creative teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a Creative discipline, Marketing, Advertising, Project Management, or Communications
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or studio management
- Experience in managing creative workflows and balancing team workloads
- Knowledge of creative processes, design principles, and campaign development
- Familiarity with project management tools, preferably Jira/Atlassian suite
