Key Responsibilities

• Explore and adopt advanced technologies for content development, including AI tools
• Develop training materials to enable others in content creation and maintenance
• Create and manage content improvement lifecycles, aligning with industry changes and client needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in adult learning, content management, or instructional design
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders in content development
• Expertise in synchronous course programming for diverse personas in adult education
• Proven ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment and collaborate cross-functionally
• Passionate about transforming lives through learning and aligning with diversity and inclusion initiatives
