A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist II (Manheim).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal partners, providing consultative information and support
- Manage issue identification, documentation, and resolution, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved
- Provide training to end users on Private Store and ancillary product offerings
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred college degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years client service experience in a technical role
- Proven ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a changing environment
- Automotive experience or exposure is a strong plus
