Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist II (Manheim).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal partners, providing consultative information and support
  • Manage issue identification, documentation, and resolution, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved
  • Provide training to end users on Private Store and ancillary product offerings
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred college degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years client service experience in a technical role
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a changing environment
  • Automotive experience or exposure is a strong plus
