Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the full B2B customer support journey and oversee issue resolution
- Collaborate on onboarding plans and lead the onboarding process for new Smart Fridge users
- Track customer feedback, compile reports, and coordinate field launch events and tastings
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in customer experience, hospitality, account management, or a client-facing role
- Experience managing support tools and customer satisfaction programs
- Hospitality background preferred with a proven ability to engage clients
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
