A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to guide new account launches through a seamless onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the logistics of new prospects onboarding, including scheduling and preparing setup
- Lead communication with various stakeholders and departments, ensuring accountability to meet deadlines
- Create and implement a clear onboarding process tailored to different network levels
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in project management
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Google, or Jira
- Basic knowledge of tracking integration (pixels, postbacks, and MMPs)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
