A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle patient inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, addressing requests for appointments, insurance questions, and more
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers
- Experience with computer systems and ability to learn new software
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours, including potential overtime or weekends
