Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets, ensuring professional assistance
- Assist clients with return to duty program compliance and quality assurance
- Communicate policy requirements for drug and alcohol violations and maintain confidential rehab records
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking preferred
- Experience in customer service while multi-tasking
- Ability to work independently after training
- Familiarity with regulatory and non-regulatory policies related to drug and alcohol compliance
