Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for urgent clinical calls and manage patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triages urgent clinical calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources
  • Supports local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals and ensures accuracy of information
  • Maintains organized documentation and ensures compliance with relevant laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or GED required
  • At least one year of previous call center experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
  • Dedicated workspace that is quiet and secure for handling patient information
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
