Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support for urgent clinical calls and manage patient referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Triages urgent clinical calls from patients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Supports local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals and ensures accuracy of information
- Maintains organized documentation and ensures compliance with relevant laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED required
- At least one year of previous call center experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
- Dedicated workspace that is quiet and secure for handling patient information
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
