A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for Grant Services Subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and fulfill contracted retained grant subscription services and grant writing agreements
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding clients, and provide research assistance for grant opportunities
- Submit weekly progress reports and participate in regular team meetings
Required Qualifications
- Public service grant experience in fields such as firefighting, law enforcement, or local government
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional local government or nonprofit setting
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Adept at building rapport with clients and prospective clients
- Strong research skills and a commitment to client success
