A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding existing bookings through various communication channels
- Provide support for itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests while ensuring adherence to company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, collaborating with internal departments and external partners as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center environment, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Hospitality or Travel are a plus
