Data Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Architect to support technical and program teams in designing and implementing complex systems and architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program and project leadership to define system and software architecture approaches
• Develop architectural depictions and documentation that reflect logical workflows and system interactions
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or upgrades

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software/system architecture with a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience designing enterprise-level systems and software architectures
• Familiarity with various software development languages and platforms (e.g., Java, Python, .NET)
• Understanding of system strategy design, including platform selection and network integration
• Ability to create and interpret architectural documentation and diagrams (e.g., UML, SysML)
