Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst to build and scale a best-in-class deal desk function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AEs and CSMs in structuring complex SaaS deals and create, review, and refine quotes
- Evaluate, recommend, and lead the implementation of a CPQ tool and design scalable deal desk processes
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Finance for revenue recognition and maintain contract templates
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Revenue Operations, or similar roles at a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and quoting practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with CPQ platforms is a plus
- Hyper-organized with strong attention to detail
- Curious, collaborative, and excited to help define deal processes in a fast-growing startup
