Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Technician with 2-5 years of hands-on IT support experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users regarding IT-related queries and issues
  • Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, applications, and Windows operating systems
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and system performance issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware, software, and operating systems
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP networking
  • Experience with enterprise antivirus solutions and security practices
  • Familiarity with remote desktop management tools and IT workflow systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends, as needed
