Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of strategic Digital CX initiatives by embedding change management and facilitating adoption
- Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and aid team transitions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate long-range strategies into tactical actions and maintain initiative documentation
Required Qualifications
- Education or experience in organizational change management or transformation support roles
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change and support strategic initiatives
- Ability to build reporting structures for adoption metrics and engagement health
- Empathy for frontline teams and understanding of high-velocity support environments
- Familiarity with enablement and support models such as KCS and Intelligent Swarming
