Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to implement strategic initiatives for efficiency and performance
• Manage relationships and service delivery for dealer and commercial clients
• Lead the Claims Management team, ensuring process improvement and timely resolution of claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Deep knowledge of the auto transportation industry
• 10+ years of experience in business operations or client relations
• 5+ years of experience managing multiple small teams
