Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead the development and execution of internal technology platforms and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and roadmap for enterprise platforms and internal tools
• Build and manage a high-performing product management team, establishing best practices and performance goals
• Guide the end-to-end delivery process and oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a technical or platform-focused role
• Proven success managing product portfolios for enterprise platforms and integrations
• Experience with solutions built on Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, or similar systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams around a common product vision
