A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Partnerships and Outsourcing Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost modeling and engineering projects, including development and enhancement of cost models
- Analyze SPO data and metrics to support decision-making and improve supplier performance
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance department workflow and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA required; advanced technical degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or project management in a clinical development environment
- Strong background in cost modeling, data analytics, and process reengineering
- Proven ability to manage change and build efficient processes and systems
- Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations
