Director of Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with contract manufacturers (CM) and original design manufacturers (ODM)
• Optimize supplier selection and contract negotiations in collaboration with engineering and procurement teams
• Monitor global supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to mitigate disruptions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing services, sourcing, and supply chain at a senior level
• Proven sourcing expertise with a successful track record in complex negotiations and cost reduction
• Deep understanding of the cellular component landscape and relationships with major vendors
• Experience working with mobile telecom carriers and wireless networks is strongly preferred
