Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of recruiting experience, including managing global teams
• Proven track record in engineering hiring and scaling end-to-end recruiting programs
• Ability to provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and hiring managers
• Experience in leading inclusive hiring strategies to build diverse teams
• Data-informed and action-oriented with a focus on scalable recruiting practices
