Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of the Transfer Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch the Transfer Hub in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic plan
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop student-centered interventions and integrate services
• Cultivate partnerships with community colleges and four-year institutions while representing the organization at public forums

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a senior or director-level role in higher education or related fields
• Deep understanding of college admissions and barriers to transfer for low-income students
• Experience leading programs from concept to execution or pilot launch strategies
• Skilled relationship-builder with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups
• Existing network within higher education administration or direct experience with colleges/universities
