Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop workplans to achieve successful outcomes while managing constraints
• Collaborate with the organization to involve necessary resources in driving improvements
• Collect and analyze data to identify performance issues and set improvement targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum twelve years of work experience, including five to seven years in operational value creation initiatives
• Experience in enterprise-wide transformations or operational improvement programs preferred
• Hands-on experience in areas like sales & marketing, manufacturing, or service operations
• Ability to design and deliver performance improvement initiatives with measurable impact
