Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via multiple channels (call, chat, email)
- Offer solutions and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Act as a bridge between customers and solutions in the healthcare industry
Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 or plus)
- Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1 or plus)
- Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends
- Good computer skills
- Ability to generate empathy in written form
