Key Responsibilities
- Lead the interpretation and guidance on HR policies, employee relations matters, and performance management
- Develop and maintain policies using an equity framework and implement improvements
- Manage team members and provide training to promote a healthy work environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of HR experience in a represented environment, with 3 years in employee relations management
- Expert-level knowledge of employment laws and organizational policies
- Experience in promoting inclusion and equity in organizational strategy and culture
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and foster collaboration and accountability
