Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of full lifecycle recruiters focused on technical hiring

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a focus on managing recruiting teams
- Proven success as a full lifecycle technical recruiter across various engineering disciplines
- Ability to align recruiting strategy with business goals and manage teams through change
- Experience with stakeholder management and engaging senior technical leaders
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern talent acquisition tools
