Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of full lifecycle recruiters focused on technical hiring
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of engineering recruiting efforts aligned with company objectives
• Act as a hands-on recruiting expert and build scalable recruiting processes to enhance candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting with a focus on managing recruiting teams
• Proven success as a full lifecycle technical recruiter across various engineering disciplines
• Ability to align recruiting strategy with business goals and manage teams through change
• Experience with stakeholder management and engaging senior technical leaders
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern talent acquisition tools
