Environmental NEPA Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Environmental / NEPA Expert and Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage NEPA compliance projects, including Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) and Environmental Assessments (EA)
• Maintain and build relationships with clients and agency counterparts while coordinating with federal, state, and local agencies
• Mentor and develop a team of environmental professionals, providing technical expertise and guidance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, or a related field (master's degree desirable)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental planning and NEPA compliance
• Proven experience in leading and managing NEPA projects
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations
• Prior team leadership/staff management experience is desirable
