Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Organize and maintain records, prepare documents, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Monitor and report on the progress of executive goals and lead projects that align with the executive's vision
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred, bachelor's degree is a plus
- 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role with a focus on confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience working in a global organization is preferred
